Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial Acumen: Experience in supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Credit Skills: Strong skills in cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios.
  • Network Strength: A well-established network of industry and referral partners.
