As a key player in our Industrials & Resources Team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality P&C/ER/IR advice to Managers and Employees, supporting project deliverables.

  • Key responsibilities include supporting P&C component setup, including onboarding and recruitment processes.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement activities are essential to increase business partnering and support across the portfolio.
  • Regular and ad-hoc reports, including P&C metrics, analysis, and trend identification, must be generated.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related discipline and at least 2 years' experience in a P&C function, with comprehensive exposure to IR, ER, and industry experience.

A strong focus on team culture and contributing to team achievements is vital for success in this role.

You would thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performing and collaborative team, primarily working on project-driven Outages and Shutdowns.
