The Role

As a Problem-Solving Engineer, you'll design and implement end-to-end features that drive meaningful impact for legal teams. You'll work closely with our product designers and engineers to shape products from idea to impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop production-ready systems that solve high-value problems for legal teams
  • Collaborate with experts to design novel solutions for messy workflows
  • Scale intelligently to improve performance, reliability, and throughput as our user base grows
  • Shape engineering culture, processes, and technical direction

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of shipping production-ready systems in fast-moving environments
  • Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript, with familiarity across cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
  • A bias for action – moving fast, keeping PRs small, and using process as a tool
  • Bonus: Experience with LLMs, ML, or large-scale infrastructure
