Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager at Accor Hotel, you will play a key role in the daily management of the Front Office department, supporting the Front Office Manager in leading the team and ensuring the efficient operation of the department during your shift. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting Front Office Team members in their daily tasks and activities.
- Leading by example in providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests.
- Effectively dealing with guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner.
- Implementing strategies to increase productivity and morale within the team.
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
- Working a flexible 7-day roster, including AM, PM, and night shifts as required.
You will also be well-presented, with a positive and professional attitude, and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, plus:
- A Class Manual Driver's Licence (essential).
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office GSA/Supervisor or DM role (min 2 years).
- Approved Manager Licence and RSA.
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Opera experience desirable.
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
