Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1. 12+ years of experience in IAM and PAM architecture design, consulting, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  • 2. Specialized expertise in IAM and PAM technologies, including IBM PAM products, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.
  • 3. Proven experience as an IAM/PAM security professional in client-facing roles, preferably with a focus on IAM and PAM.
  • 4. In-depth knowledge of related technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
  • 5. Strong understanding of IAM and PAM frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • 6. Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing IAM and PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • 7. Hands-on experience managing operations and supporting large-scale IAM and PAM implementations.
  • 8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • 9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
