As a Product Manager - Privileged Access, you will be responsible for leading the vision and development of our privileged access services.

This pivotal role requires a strategic individual who can own the end-to-end product roadmap for privileged access, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategy. You will collaborate closely with key partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Your Impact

As the Privileged Access Product Manager, you will:

  • Owning and managing the privileged access product roadmap, working closely with Domain Architects to align strategic direction and delivery outcomes.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the right talent and capabilities are engaged to deliver secure solutions.
  • Translating business needs into a prioritised delivery sequence that meets objectives and timelines, while continuously assessing and adapting the roadmap to changing demands.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation of the privileged access product portfolio, ensuring it delivers maximum value and supports continuous improvement.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in technology product management, with a strong track record of roadmap development and execution in complex environments.
  • In-depth understanding of privileged access and best practices for secure management.
  • Hands-on expertise with CyberArk platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach teams and embed an Agile mindset across functions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with partners and vendors to source delivery resources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and influence strategic direction.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  • Experience running workshops, building consensus, and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
