Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) professional to design, implement, and manage Privileged Identity Access Management (PAM) solutions across our environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions, integrating with Active Directory and cloud platforms, and providing technical guidance on IAM best practices.

About the Role:

As an IAM engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions to secure privileged access. You will lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PAM components, monitor and maintain daily operations for high availability, performance, and robust security of privileged access, and oversee full lifecycle management of privileged accounts across multiple systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage PAM solutions to secure privileged access.
  • Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PAM components.
  • Monitor and maintain daily operations for high availability, performance, and robust security of privileged access.
  • Oversee full lifecycle management of privileged accounts across multiple systems.
  • Conduct regular privileged access reviews and enforce least privilege.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents related to privileged access.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate PAM with critical enterprise systems.
  • Develop and enforce policies for privileged access in line with security frameworks and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent desirable.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in PAM engineering and operational support.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions.
  • Experience integrating PAM with Active Directory and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Solaris, RHEL; PowerShell scripting and API integration.
  • Experience with MFA and SSO technologies.
  • Familiarity with SIEM and ServiceNow integration.
  • Strong infrastructure background in AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Foundational networking knowledge.
