Centre Manager Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, policies, and parent communication.
  • Guide and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
