Senior Management Position

The role of Senior Manager is a high-level position responsible for leading a team driving technology-led maintenance at a major port site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage labor and contractor activities in line with workplace policies, operational needs, and long-term asset strategies.
- Lead team performance through regular meetings, clear goal setting, and structured reviews.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and promote a strong safety culture.
- Develop lifecycle cost models and strategic plans for equipment maintenance, replacement, and resource optimization.
- Oversee resource allocation and expenditure in accordance with established processes.
- Foster a culture of reliability-centered maintenance using data-driven approaches.
- Provide leadership on Industrial Relations matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in asset maintenance, industrial engineering, or terminal operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, and handling equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing skilled teams in demanding environments.
- Working knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems and experience in port engineering operations.
