The Assistant Store Manager Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager with operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales targets.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, build relationships, and maintain luxury service standards.
  • Oversee store presentation, stock control, ticketing, and operational processes.
  • Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting in line with company procedures.
