Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled ICT Support Specialist to provide expert assistance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.
  • Provide support to clients for PLM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Determine software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Diagnose, identify, and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows to ensure minimal downtime.

You will be working with clients across ANZ, delivering end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and engineering solutions. As an Expert Partner, we offer consulting, implementation, training, customization, and support to boost innovation, efficiency, and profitability for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Client Issues: Provide timely and effective resolutions to client software and hardware issues.

Identify Software and Hardware Requirements: Determine the necessary specifications to provide optimal solutions to client issues.

Troubleshoot System Problems: Diagnose and resolve system issues and user-reported problems to minimize downtime.
