About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of advanced water filtration systems. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing service manuals and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and diagnostics for repairs.
  • Collaborating with support teams to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician in relevant fields such as water, appliances, or similar industries.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
