Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Sydney. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our customers and business partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on EWP's and Material Handling products
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or a related field
  • Trade certified qualifications in a mechanical or auto-electrical field
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures for construction or agricultural equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, innovation, and a commitment to career progression
  • Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Australia
  • Current Australian driver's license
