Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Civil Design Manager to join our team in the UK and wider, working with clients across the waste sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative solutions addressing industry challenges in efficiency and environmental impact.
- Oversee design processes for waste-to-energy systems, digestion and power projects, and hydrogen projects.
- Work on new-build, refurbishments, upgrades and retro-fit projects; foster a collaborative team environment.
About You
- Qualified with a degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in the waste sector; background in civil engineering.
- Proactive with knowledge of the energy industry; ability to coach and mentor juniors.
- Engaged in the engineering community; understanding of innovative solutions and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in design management of waste projects from concept to completion.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations.
