Project Manager - Roadside & Drainage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our Roadside and Drainage operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our roadside and drainage assets, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality works.
  • Lead and direct a team of technicians and operators to complete maintenance and construction tasks.
  • Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in the construction and maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
