Master Contract Manager

As a key player in our team, you will oversee the performance of complex contracts and provide expert advice on contract management.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the overall performance of assigned contracts and provide subject matter expert contract advice.
- Ensure all contracts are managed in line with our Contract Management Framework, undertaking key activities such as the development of the CMP.
- Review the Contract Management engagement deliverables including the SHE risks register, scope of work, specifications, drawings, and pricing schedules.
- Monitor and manage compliance to the Contractor plans including safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and pricing.
- Verify and certify Contractors' claims, including progress, variations, and EOT.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Law, or Commerce.
- Contract Management Qualification.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of contract management principles.
- At least 10+ years of significant contract management experience including high-value/highly complex contracts.
- Strong working knowledge of contract law.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relations.
