We are working with our leading oil and gas client to recruit a SAP Master Data Specialist – PM for an initial 12-month contract.
The primary focus of this role is to provide SAP master data technical input on Controlled Data Change MOCs.
Key Responsibilities Conduct all activities safely and efficiently, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, ensuring personnel welfare and environmental protection.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and health standards in all contracts.
Collaborate with Engineering and Planning teams to qualify and optimize MOC scopes.
Participate in projects related to data cleansing and integrity activities.
Adhere to Work Management Systems Master Data Standards, a key governance document.
Identify SAP Technical Objects impacted by MOC requests and develop change steps to implement changes in SAP PM.
Perform self-governance checks using the Data Integrity Scorecard.
Support the Master Data Execution team to facilitate MOC execution.
Develop and maintain a customer service culture and professional networks aligned with strategic objectives.
Build and sustain strong working relationships with peers and interfacing departments to ensure alignment.
Skills and Experience3-5 years' experience in SAP Plant Maintenance – Master Data.
Knowledge of Plant Maintenance Master Data & Materials Management principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Experience with SAP bulk upload tools such as LSMW, Workbench, SQVI.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, capable of engaging with management and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Resilient, enthusiastic, and adaptable within a dynamic environment.
Team player with proactive issue resolution skills.
