Job Description:

This is a permanent part-time role (25 hours per week) that offers a unique blend of challenge and reward. As a Produce Department Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Fruit and Veg Manager to achieve sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a small team of sales associates
  • Creating and managing rosters to meet business needs
  • Generating orders and controlling costs
  • Completing stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
