Job Title: Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

At Philips, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain team. This exciting opportunity will play a crucial part in optimizing our warehouse operations, managing logistics processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our 3PL partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate storage capacity with the warehouse provider.
  • Collaborate with the account team and market demand planner to develop a collaborative forecast.
  • Manage returns process and ensure inventory accuracy between the 3PL WMS and Philips SAP system.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to warehouse performance, logistics, and reverse logistics.
  • Proactively manage distribution costs and drive continuous improvement in our distribution processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution processes, preferably within medical devices industries.
  • Good knowledge of SAP software (SAP SBO / PRD).
  • Strong Excel skills and MS Office software.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI dashboards (preferred).
  • Available to work from our warehouse located in Hoxton Park once per week, on average.
  • Accustomed to effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency.
  • Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
