We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users in Victoria. You will be based in Melbourne and report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in business development and account management. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to customers based on their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan to maximize sales and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and market segments to provide strategic input into business planning and growth initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and other educational materials to promote Eaton's products and value proposition
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Electrical Trade Certificate (Desirable)
  • 2-5 Years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and product application experience in automation or power distribution
