The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for customer proposals, presentations, and tender responses.
- Ensure strict compliance with Sales and Account Management systems and processes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Coordinate the customer onboarding process and implementation.
- Assist in organizing team meetings and events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration role, demonstrating a solid understanding of sales processes and administrative support.
- Proficiency in SalesForce, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
