Job Title:

A key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers and supervisors in creating key documents to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Oversee databases and registers for accurate data provision to the leadership team.
  • Lead employee training in line with company policies to maintain compliance.
  • Assist with divisional reports, spreadsheets, compliance, and training calendars.
  • Create/update processes and procedures as required.
  • Manage on-site inductions for new starters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in recruitment processes.
  • Support management to drive a positive workforce culture.
  • Assist with local ad hoc enquiries for employment and HR reporting.
Requirements:
  • A formal tertiary qualification in workplace health and safety.
  • Highly developed teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Existing knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to attend to detail and produce accurate work.
  • Professional, resourceful, and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
