Job Description

This Senior Educator position is an exciting opportunity to lead and guide our experienced educators in delivering high-quality educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual development in children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curricula, building strong relationships with colleagues and families, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the centre.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
