About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hireup. As a Support Worker, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and pursue their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hireup team to ensure seamless delivery of support services, adhering to our values and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $33.80 - $74.36, with opportunities for overtime and penalty rates.

Requirements
  • Experience in disability support, aged care, or a related field.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
