About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Limestone Coast. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their needs and goals.
  • Engage in activities that promote social inclusion and community participation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their networks, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum completed Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Nursing related.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Mandatory).
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001).
  • Current Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Unrestricted Working Rights.
