The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of the College's facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support services, including diary management, scheduling, contractor management, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Participate in quality control activities, including document review, process management, data entry, and information collation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and associates to provide an effective and efficient service to the Facilities Manager and the wider school community.
- Respond to and allocate incoming communications and tasks, using judgment to ensure deadlines are appropriately prioritized.

- Previous experience in a similar role or working environment.
