About the RoleThe InWork Support Coach role is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Southern Adelaide.
As an InWork Support Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring all placed clients are supported and contacted at least fortnightly.
You will provide on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
On a typical day, you might:
- Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted at least fortnightly;
- Provide on-the-job support to participants and employers;
- Identify areas where additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate;
- Assist with management of claims;
- Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels;
- Ensure exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition, we provide:

- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (minimum 1 year);
- Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
- Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
