**A bit about the role**

We are looking for a Clinic Manager to support the growth and leadership of our SILK Noarlunga clinic.

A typical day will include driving Clinic sales performance, coaching team members and leading by example through hands-on interactions with our clients. You will coach the team, leading them to be the experts in what we do, ensuring to provide our clients with an experience that will keep them coming back for more

You will be a brand ambassador, being a culture add to the clinic, being someone our team members respect and our client’s trust.

**Essential skills & qualifications**:

- Minimum certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Recent experience in a skin and laser-based role.
- Ideally you will have experience in leading and managing a team, however those with years of industry experience who are wanting to ‘step up’ in their career and have a strong drive and passion will be considered.

**Hours**: Full time hours working Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

**Salary**: $65,000 to $67,500 commensurate with experience and skillset. Additionally, enjoy the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

**Location**:

- Noarlunga Shopping Centre, Noarlunga Centre SA.
- Parking onsite + plenty of public transport.
