About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead the development of our workforce plan, embed impactful learning solutions, build enterprise change capability, and champion diversity and inclusion.

This is a key role in shaping the future and delivering impactful outcomes for the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving people capability outcomes at one of Victoria's most diverse growth councils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in shaping the future and delivering impactful outcomes for the community
  • Drive people capability outcomes at one of Victoria's most diverse growth councils
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance and employee experience
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to design and deliver meaningful, measurable, and innovative initiatives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology or Human Resources
  • Postgraduate and change management credentials highly regarded
  • Proven expertise in designing and embedding people and culture initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to ethical governance, compliance, and risk management
