We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians to work with various types of equipment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Australian Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection & repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment
  • At least 2 years post-trade experience on Australian EWP equipment (looked upon favorably)
  • A high attention to detail, competent computer and communication skills
  • Reliability, innovation, and an ambition for career progression
  • Current permanent work rights with no restrictions in AU
  • Current Australian driver's license
Additional Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or equivalent industry
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia (advantageous)
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Good understanding of customer dynamics
  • The ability to handle multiple requests without being overwhelmed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English
