The OpportunityThis role is a six-month fixed-term opportunity to join our team as a Senior Brand Manager, Brand Marketing Director, Marketing Strategy Lead, Brand Development Manager, or Marketing Planning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand and customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and customer loyalty.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage the brand and advertising budget to meet established plans and targets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure alignment with masterbrand design principles.
- 8+ years of experience in brand and advertising, particularly within retail financial services.
- In-depth understanding of paid media across traditional and digital channels.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering creative strategies that drive interest and action from targeted customer groups.
- Proven capability to lead direct and agency teams to deliver impactful marketing activities.
- Strong commercial and data acumen, with the ability to align marketing activities with business objectives.
