Facilities Management Professional

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for creating safe and functional environments? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in facilities management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience managing facilities across multiple sites. They will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing the setup and decommissioning of sites, and developing and maintaining systems for safety compliance, asset tracking, and contractor management.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide strategic leadership and support the integration of facilities management into broader organisational operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, insurance, and licensing requirements, as well as providing after-hours maintenance coverage as rostered.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing facilities across multiple sites">
  • Deep technical knowledge and contractor management expertise">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills">
  • A Construction Induction Card and current driver's licence">
  • Qualifications in facilities management or membership in a relevant professional body (desirable)">
