Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients, trades, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage trades, establishing a reliable trade base
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Deliver high-quality homes within set time frames and budget guidelines
  • Enforce OH&S regulations and ensure compliance
  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, including suppliers and administrative tasks
  • Provide weekly KPI reports
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supervising residential home builds, construction management, or a strong trade background
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing and developing a trade network
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
