Job Overview

As a crucial member of our logistics team, we are seeking a highly organized and reliable Logistics Coordinator to deliver goods to customer sites efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of deliveries and maintain optimal routes for efficient operations.
  • Verify invoices are accurate and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Unload and load vehicles using electric pallet jacks or hand unload as needed to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.
  • Maintain safe manual handling practices at all times to ensure employee safety and well-being.
  • Perform other logistical duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid truck license is required for driving duties.
  • Prior experience in the logistics industry is highly valued for understanding operational complexities.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in managing delivery schedules.
  • Understand OH&S compliance and manual handling procedures to ensure workplace safety.

Working Conditions:

  • Casual employment with variable hours.
  • 8-hour shifts, including afternoon and day shifts.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands.
