Job Opportunity

The role of a Payor Relationships Support Officer involves providing crucial administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and driving high performance across the board. You will play a pivotal part in shaping and presenting innovative service offerings to payors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to develop proposals for new services.
  • Review, prepare, and finalize proposals for external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate information in response to queries from stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships and strong communication networks with all stakeholders and departments to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a positive and consultative approach towards managing change.
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding progress.
  • Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities in processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure safety of self and others in the workplace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate implications of new services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of industry stakeholders.
  • Background in providing executive support.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve problems and propose suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working autonomously and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
