**Casual Inclusion Support Roles in Kindergartens**

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as casual inclusion support assistants in kindergartens across the region.

The role of the inclusion support assistant is to work alongside early childhood educators to provide an inclusive program for all children in kindergarten. This will involve assisting with daily activities, supporting children with self-care tasks, and participating in staff planning meetings.

As a casual inclusion support assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working with a experienced team who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children.

**Requirements**:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate positively with teaching staff, families, and children
  • The ability to work under direction and work as part of a team
  • Experience working with preschool children and/or disability sector an advantage
  • The ability to use initiative, be reliable and willing to learn and develop in the role
