Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting Financial Advisers and Partners in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings to provide high-quality support and ensure a compelling client experience.
  • Coordinate and arrange documentation for client meetings, maintaining accurate records and staying organized.
  • Develop and prepare financial plans, including strategy development, financial modeling, completion of fact find data, and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions.
  • Conduct insurance needs analysis and preparation of insurance quotes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage workflow effectively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining an understanding of operational processes for other teams.

Requirements:
We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Completion of FASEA-approved education pathway.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience with Xplan is desirable, particularly in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
