Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, overseeing client administration and service delivery with precision.
- Coordinate and prepare comprehensive documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage the implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and building long-lasting relationships.
