Seeking a dynamic professional to join our wealth management team in a role that combines exceptional client service and high-quality support. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to Financial Advisers and Partners, ensuring a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow and develop their skills. Experience in paraplanning or related financial services is essential, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Financial Adviser team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Manage client documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Provide expert insurance needs analysis and preparation of quotes
  • Monitor client accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Associate qualifications and FASEA approved education pathway
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
