Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical SEO strategies to drive results across all platforms.
  • Brief and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical SEO requirements and new feature development.
  • Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and oversee the implementation of optimisation initiatives for regulated markets.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through training, mentoring, and task delegation.
  • Translate SEO requirements into technical specifications and project plans for engineering teams.
  • Oversee site architecture, crawlability, rendering strategies, and performance optimisation across all properties.
  • Analyse and report on technical SEO performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain technical SEO standards, documentation, and best practices for cross-team adoption.
  • Research and implement emerging SEO technologies and automation tools to scale operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party providers on technical integrations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in technical SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
  • Proven experience managing technical SEO for large-scale websites (100,000+ pages).
  • Strong background in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with headless CMS implementations.
  • Proficiency with technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Demonstrated ability to brief and collaborate with engineering teams.
