As a seasoned security professional, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage the cybersecurity landscape for a prominent client. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are met, while driving excellent customer satisfaction and NPS.

Key responsibilities include leading multiple security tracks within the account, managing various security initiatives, and working closely with clients, partners, employees, and agencies to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT program management experience, with a proven track record in project life cycles and onsite/offshore delivery models. They will also be expected to develop and implement effective security processes, revise and strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, and administer and maintain security devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Cybersecurity Landscape
  • Manage various security tracks within the account
  • Drive excellent Customer Satisfaction and NPS
  • Work with clients, partners, employees, and agencies to ensure project success
  • Support development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs
  • Lead the set-up and execution of program events, briefings, and meetings
  • Manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, issue resolution, and reporting

Requirements:

  • IT Program Management experience
  • Experience in Project life cycle of - IDAM
  • Should have experience in onsite & offshore delivery models
