About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Manager to join our Digital & Customer Experience Chapter Area in CommSec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product strategic & development initiatives, developing an understanding of external future product developments roadmaps, and following Product & Development framework in terms of strong governance/disciplined approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing business requirements and customer requirements
  • Managing all aspects of product developments in line with Senior manager's objectives
  • Proactively identifying and assessing the impact of regulatory change and risks
  • Planning and executing changes in line with these regulations as required
  • Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and suppliers across the value chain
  • Working closely with Credit risk, Operational risk & Compliance Process
  • Identifying product and process improvement ideas that arise in the product development
  • Delivering presentations on international market intelligence including disruptive technology platforms and emerging technologies for Management to action
  • Understanding reporting requirements
  • P&L management that includes product profitability through use of standard cost models and business case construct
  • Liaising with the Processing Services, International Services ES teams to ensure high quality customer service
  • Following the Code of Conduct at all times

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in banking or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry, with understanding of the trading
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and oral
  • Client service focus
  • Ability to prioritize and work to multiple deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence
  • High attention to detail
  • Risk Mindset
  • Bachelor degree or higher level qualification
