Community Care Specialist

This is a rewarding community-based role where you will be supported by engaged managers and have ongoing support.
The Support Worker actively supports the individual needs of aged people who are living at home, either independently or with family.
- Deliver personal care
- Household domestic assistance (cleaning bathrooms, mopping, dusting)
- Meal preparation
- Accompany customers on shopping trips, appointments, community activities
- Provide general companionship
- Help build social networks
The role is typically rostered within Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm. As a Casual employee we will seek to understand and align work with your availability in these hours.
About YouA background and qualification in community services is advantageous, but just as important are the attributes that you possess that speak to our values.
