As a specialist in aircraft systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our helicopters.
About the RoleWe are seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Hobart Airport Facility, supporting aeromedical, search and rescue, and air law enforcement operations in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities- Ground handling, including general housekeeping and stores support
- Conducting planned and unplanned maintenance activities on B412 and H145-D3 Helicopters
- Aircraft inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues
You will have a trade qualification in Aircraft Maintenance and experience with B412 and H145-D3 Helicopters. You must be willing to learn and upskill from AME or non-Type rated LAME over time. You should also possess basic computer literacy, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities.
