Cloud Incident Manager

Ampstek is actively hiring for an Incident Manager with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Customer Service (CCS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
This 6-month contract position offers the opportunity to work with a solid understanding of Oracle applications, including cloud-based support environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture, configurations, and service management tools (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Service Cloud).
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in incident management and a strong passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
