Role purpose: Drive efficiency and compliance across procurement activities, align with strategic goals, lead governance frameworks, champion digital transformation, manage Purchase Order (PO) agents, and expand transactional procurement processes across the organization.
Responsibilities- Drive efficiency and ensure procurement compliance across all activities in the country.
- Collaborate with local and Group stakeholders to align procurement practices with strategic objectives.
- Lead efforts to enhance productivity, embed governance frameworks, and foster cross-functional collaboration within Procurement.
- Champion digital transformation, manage PO agents, and expand transactional procurement processes.
- .link between policy, process, and performance to deliver value and continuous improvement.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or related fields).
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices in complex, global organizations.
- Ability to define and embed procurement policies, governance frameworks, and digital tools (ERP & P2P).
- Proficient in supplier qualification, end-to-end sourcing, and procurement operations.
- Experience driving digital transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to produce reports, deliver presentations, and conduct training.
- High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with ARIBA, SAP, and other ERP systems.
