- Review and verify high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians
- Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards
- Finalize invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing
- Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills
- Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
