You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive the growth of our brand and sales across various channels.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing General Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support for their development and performance.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and oversee execution of the quarterly marketing program of work across consumer, business, digital, events, and content.
  • Develop key marketing strategies and promotional programs to drive sales across multiple product lines.
  • Develop brand strategy aimed at strengthening our brand and position across all key markets.
  • Develop and foster positive relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure website content is effectively managed, including planning of content and user experience to drive engagement and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Extensive experience in a marketing-based strategic leadership role.
  • International marketing experience is highly desirable.
