About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team in Perpetual Digital, responsible for providing timely and accurate client support for Reserve Bank of Australia repo-eligibility and Investor reporting services.

As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all client SLAs are met and high NPS scores are maintained. This includes providing support for clients to meet their Reserve Bank of Australia repo-eligibility reporting requirements, responding to Investor enquiries and market data requests, troubleshooting and resolving data and system related items with appropriate parties, and maintaining correct and current information in related systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with data/numbers and high attention to detail, ability to work independently, proactively and prioritise time and tasks effectively, effective Problem Solver, strong communication and client relationship management skills, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with SQL, ETL Tools and XML (a plus), and understanding financial markets instruments, such as debt markets and securitisation (a plus).

What We Offer

Perpetual offers a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
