Job Opportunity

At a leading hospitality group, we are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to all guests.
  • Manage operations during busy service periods and events.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team on shift.
  • Develop relationships with VIP and regular guests to meet their requests and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all guests' needs are catered for.
  • Maintain high and consistent standards.
  • Present impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
